Business Enablement: Organizational Change Management Methodology

Result: Developed common practice for planning, realizing, and sustaining organizational change

A wireless telecommunications provider’s IS organization was in need of a common method and guide to implement change. Critical process and operational changes that affected various areas of their organization were being implemented, but were not “sticking”. The organization grew tired of changes that did not have the sustainability required to be successful. Andrew Reise was engaged to develop a methodology that could serve as the common practice for planning, realizing, and sustaining organizational change. Andrew Reise swiftly performed an assessment of the organization’s current change management practices and conducted several interviews to understand the key requirements and client pain points.

Andrew Reise was able to apply a combination of various industry standard change management methods to develop the client’s “Playbook.” The Playbook was a large success for the company and was utilized weeks in advance of its full completion. Most importantly, the Playbook was built so that it could be used as a comprehensive or plug-and-play guide.
